He was pleasant and patient with the type of cut I wanted, he not only made sure it was the cut I wanted but doubled check to see if it was exactly what I wanted before I left. I thought it was the cut I wanted but after I showered, it wasn't. I had came back again to let Sam know if he could fix it up despite it being my mistake. He was again pleasant and kind and took his own time fixed my mistake and the cut again. I offered to pay but he declined. Truly a professional. Sam streamlined the entire experience in a way where my mistake didn't feel awkward. This establishment knows how to run a business and converted me into a long time customer. ”
